KATIE HART

Katie had a multitude of inflammatory health issues as a child/teenager and learned as an young adult how to heal these without traditional medicine. After this experience, Katie wanted to pursue a career in medicine to learn how the body works and be able to apply personal experience to develop a comprehensive approach to health.

Katie believes that healing is fundamentally different from treatment. Healing requires a strong community that supports healthy habits — food, movement, being in nature.

Katie tries to incorporate these aspects into her currently life, by hunting and growing her own food with her husband, being outdoors, and prioritizing time with their community of family and friends.
