Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • Italian prosciutto – one package
  • Buffalo mozzarella – on package, preferably pre-sliced
  • Sugar free marinara sauce
  • Ceramic or glass baking dish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wrap mozzarella slice with a slice of prosciutto, folded into a log.
  3. Continue pattern until dish is covered with one layer of the wrapped mozzarella.
  4. Cover with marinara and bake for about 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and prosciutto is a little crispy.
  5. Serve with sautéed veggies!
